Pre-Installation Guide

Our goal is the same as yours: to ensure that you have years - even a lifetime - of trouble-free enjoyment of your new floor. This letter will provide you important information about preparation, installation and maintenance.

First things first: review the Pre-Installation Guide by clicking on the button at left. The guide will cover important steps of preparation, like furniture moving, disconnection of appliances and electronics, and more.

Next is a link to the Day of Installation. This will walk you through what to expect on the day your floor is being installed, and how you can help make the whole process go smoothly.

After the installation is complete
